ABSTRACT
Introducción: La más elevada organización del trabajo, imprescindible para el desarrollo, solo es posible lograrla en un departamento de estadísticas con la introducción de técnicas de ordenamiento automatizado que permitan la eficiencia necesaria en el manejo de grandes volúmenes de información. Objetivo: Diseñar un sistema automatizado que permita de manera sencilla y rápida el procesamiento de la información estadística del Programa de la Madre y el Niño en la Wilaya de Bechar. Material y Métodos: Se realizó una investigación de innovación tecnológica, consistente en el diseño de un sistema automatizado para el procesamiento de la información estadística. Se realizó además un análisis de las herramientas computacionales disponibles para la realización del sistema y determinar cuál o cuáles eran las más apropiadas de acuerdo con el objetivo del sistema y las características del personal encargado de su implementación y uso. Se utilizaron las herramientas para tabulación de información y fórmulas que ofrece el programa Excel del paquete Microsoft Office 2013. Para el diseño se utilizó una interfase muy simple, de fácil manejo por el posible usuario, que no necesita de explicaciones opcionales para su empleo. Resultados: Se propone el presente sistema cuya característica principal es la simplicidad de su uso. El mismo contribuye a organizar y facilitar el procesamiento de la información estadística a nivel de la Wilaya; permite ahorrar tiempo y recursos. Conclusiones: Contribuye de manera efectiva a facilitar la tarea de nuestros profesionales en la consolidación de la información estadística a nivel de la Wilaya(AU)
Introduction: The highest organization of work, essential for development, it is only possible to achieve in a statistics department with the introduction of automated sorting techniques that allow the necessary efficiency in handling large volumes of information. Objective: To design an automated system that allows simple and fast processing of statistical information Program of Mother and Child in the Wilaya of Bechar. Material and Methods: An investigation of technological innovation, consisting of the design of an automated system for processing statistical information was performed. Results: The present system is proposed whose main characteristic is the simplicity of use. It contributes to organize and facilitate the processing of statistical information at the level of the wilaya; it saves time and resources. Conclusions: It contributes effectively to facilitate the work of our professionals in the consolidation of statistical information at the level of the Wilaya way(AU)
